From Schoolhouse to Hip Hotel

The owners of this former schoolhouse, turned luxury boutique hotel, have given it a wonderful hip vibe yet maintained the beautiful details of its former life. This hotel, located in Park City, Utah,  exudes warmth and style and what a great place it would be to stay in winter (skiing) or summer (with that gorgeous pool!).
I love the architecture of the building with the high ceilings and the beams all painted white. The use of antique furniture against the modern fixtures in the bathroom is such a great mix and just the way I would like to see a historic building reworked. Thanks to Rue Magazine for sharing this!

Fabulous post! So many details in these photos that I have always wanted to copy. For instance, the built-in bed.. charming! The white antler chandelier ... the amazing gold mirror over the fireplace. Love each and every thing!!! Applause on a job well done!
