The Swedish nautical theme starts at the front door in this pretty seaside cottage, with a beautiful pale teal hat stand. The house, though mostly white, continues with shades of blue throughout the home creating a wonderful continuity. Shells, palms and driftwood add just the right touch to finalize the theme. The little desk at the bottom of the stairs is so sweet and all of the painted cabinets are just perfect in the space. The floor is a high gloss industrial paint adding a bit of shine to the surface and reflecting the blues in the cabinets and paintings.
