Small Space, Big Design

There is nothing in this modern house but pure furniture, no accessories to talk about but I find it incredibly beautiful. The way it is built, how the light is allowed into the space and the simplicity of the design make this home by Japanese architect Kenjo Ido really something to see. I love how the walls have space in between them to allow the light from the roof top terrace to flow through the house and with the slanted walls and openings, create beautiful light patterns throughout the home. The stairs are another great feature as is the concrete kitchen island and bathroom with a sunken!
